However, they shortly decided that painting Sara Paige was entirely more entertaining than painting a pumpkin:

PS – We decided on a name for Baby #3! Harper Grace. We’ll just call her Harper.

Today I took Sara Paige to a new physician for her 15 month well visit. I looooved her new doctor; she spent a lot of time observing and playing with Sara Paige. SP is in the 93rd percentile for height and 59th for weight. After three shots, Sara Paige was ready for a big, big nap (after a Popsicle, of course).

I had to wake her up so we could get Kate from school. Kate’s teacher told me that during art class today, Kate invited everyone over to her house for a play date and then proceeded to give each kid her phone number. So funny.

We came home to rest a bit and then headed out for a fantastic Tea Party Photo Shoot. My friend Mariah coordinated the whole thing and I cannot wait to see the professional pictures from the real photographer. Here are some I took with my camera because the kids just looked too darn cute to pass up the opportunity.

This is Mariah’s son, Parker. He is gorgeous. My friend Kristi made his sweet little tie (go, Kristi!).

Somebody felt a little left out during practice…

So she hosted her own soccer practice on the sidelines.

Kate’s practice is right next to a sumo park; the mother of all playgrounds.

The girls had a blast running around and swinging. My little dare devil wanted to go down the giant twisty slides by herself. I don’t think so, darlin’! She’s not even 15 months old.

* Update on the McRae quilts… all are pieced, one is quilted, and the other two will be quilted this week. Then binding is all that’s left. I can’t wait to show you pictures of everyone’s blocks!!
