When I first started staying at home three years ago, I found myself looking for a hobby. Good Lord, did I find one. Namely sewing, quilting, painting, remodeling, Mod Podge, and anything having to do with a hot glue gun. I recently published my first quilt pattern and am often up past midnight working on a project or dreaming up something new. I host a monthly craft club, “McKinney Marthas,” named after, well… you know.
I am really terrible about getting an idea in my head and not being able to let it go until I complete it. So, you’ll find all sorts of craft projects here. Except knitting and crocheting. I just can’t get into that. I think it takes too long!
I have a fab husband and two gorgeous and sweet little girls (if I do say so myself!). You’ll hear about them too.
