It’s hard to believe Sara Paige turned 3 today!! We celebrated last weekend because I had my first nursing school clinical today.
We had a small (mostly family) cookies and milk party at our house and sweet little Miss had a blast. She is determined to stop sucking her thumb now that she is 3 (we’ll see how that goes).
If you’ve ever met Sara Paige, you probably remember her. She is smart, quick, witty, sweet, and so very funny. She has us in stitches quite often. She loves her big and little sisters fiercely. She is independent, strong-willed, and a joy to be around.
We are so thankful for you, Sara Paige!! You are such a sweet part our our days and our little family.

And good luck with those nursing clinicals. I remember walking around the hall at work one day after nursing school and hearing one of my friends (an instructor in clinicals) talking to one of her students. She said something about being sure she tied her diagnoses in with her nursing diagnosis in her mountains of paperwork (I paraphrase there) and I got tears in my eyes – never had to do that again. LOL Good luck. I’ve been a nurse for 10 years now and love it – even when I’m beating my head against a wall.
