Last Sewing For a Bit

I really wanted to get one more project done for the girls before nursing school starts. Kate & Sara Paige *love* dresses {Harper obviously couldn’t care less, but I wasn’t going to leave her out} so I decided to make them Lil Boo Blue’s Sweet A Line Dress. As usual, her patterns are fantastic and go together very quickly. I ordered some Choose Joy bracelets before Christmas and wear mine everyday; it’s a powerful reminder.

Anyway… here are my cutie pies in their dresses {possibly the last thing I’ll have time to make for quite a while}…

Kate trying to get Sissy to smile:

Girls

Sara Paige cheeses it up:

Girls

Divas much?

Baby girl:

GirlsPS – To those of you were were curious, Sara Paige and Harper seem to be adjusting great to their new school, especially Sara Paige. Harper has some separation anxiety but is hanging in there.

Just too much cuteness on this post! I LOVED the one where they are doing their diva pose….so adorable! :O) Hope Nursing School is going great for you and glad to hear the girls are all adjusting well.

I love Lil Blue Boo patterns, and the fabric combo on Harper’s dress is so cute! Out of curiosity, how long did it take you to learn how to use a serger? I have one that is still in the box…I’m super intimidated!

Hey Amber – take a class! I bought mine and the store offered a class that showed me how to use it so after an hour, I was off and running. They are tricky little beasts to thread though.
