I was pulling the double stroller out of the back of my car yesterday and knocked over my keys and iPhone. The iPhone fell *just* the wrong way and this is what happened…

Thanks to Facebook friends, I found out the screen could be replaced without replacing the entire phone. I took it to a cell repair shop this morning and they fixed it in half an hour. I bought a heavy duty OtterBox case in hopes this will never happen again.
Fingers crossed! At least I didn’t flush it down the toilet this time.

Good for you, getting everything handled, and the toilet thing, too.
Oh girl…so sorry to hear that…happy you were able to get it fixed and I totally LOVE the pink and black *blankie* around it! LOL! Looks fab and here’s hoping it hangs tough from here on out!
Oh no! Glad to know you can get it fixed (we just got them and a cracked screen is my biggest concern).
After you gave me the link for the wubanubs I got two for my girl and really like them. I was a bit bummed that the pacifier is ATTACHED though.
I’d like to be able to put the pacifier in the dishwasher and/or the animal in the wash machine. Someone at my husbands work told me about Pacimals http://www.amazon.com/Pacimals-Pacifier-%252d-Ooie-Monkey/dp/B002JOPRQC/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1305209034&sr=8-9
They bigger than the wubanubs so I’m not going to get one now but perhaps down the road. Thought I’d share the info just in case you’d had the same thoughts.
Hey Julie – those are so cute and I haven’t seen them. Thanks for the link! I might order one when Harper gets a little bigger. I have washed the Wubanub in the washer on cold and laid it flat to dry and it worked perfectly fine, pacifier and all. That would be nice to easily remove it though in case it falls, etc.
That is why I bought a Droid Motorola!
Glad to know that! My cell phone is paid for now, but I have dropped it numerous times and have been thinking about getting a cover for it to keep it protected.
We had one dropped in a bowl of soup by our oldest, washed in the washing machine by the second oldest, a grandson dropped our third child’s in a glass of water and another relative dropped his in the toilet!
Hey Jenny! Where is the place you took your phone to get fixed? Mine looks about the same. Hope you’re dong well
Ah! How did I miss this post??? I am so glad I am not the only one that has busted the screen on my phone. ;p
