This is the Birdie Sling bag pattern by Amy Butler. I love how roomy it is. Plenty of space for diapers, wipes, a burp cloth, hooter hider, cell phone, wallet, and keys. It would also make an awesome pool/beach bag. I think I'll get lots of use from this baby.

I love it! I really love her prints and patterns.
So so so cute:) I love it! It is a great size too!!
Nice job! It looks great! I just finished the wristlet. I’ll email you a picture! Easy and fast!
Looks great! I think I’ll make this one too.
Oooh, that’s beautiful. I don’t need another bag, but I might NEED this one!
Rhonda
Can’t wait to make this one. sewing room is having a class for it in June. I am signing up for that one if i can!
Your bag looks great! Such nice spring colours too.
Love it! I just made one and mine looks/seems bulkier than yours – did you use the fleece or something different. I really like the way yours drapes.
Hi Alana
I used the fleece but instead of heavyweight interfacing, I used more of a midweight. The next bags I made I tried the heavy interfacing but you’re right, it’s a lot bulkier that way. I would try out the medium interfacing if you make it again
… Plus, it’s a smidge cheaper! HTH.
My little girl Breckyn has a dress out of these two fabrics. Crazy.
K… If I’m reading this post that means I’ve read pretty much your entire blog. It’s good. What can I say.
