Kate’s been having some painful eczema outbreaks lately, so I made her
a simple twirly skirt to make her feel better. It has an elastic waist
(I think all kids clothes should; they’re so much more comfortable!). I
didn’t use a pattern and am pretty happy with how it turned out.
